As an independent communication and culture advisor, I work with organizations on a part-time or project-based collaboration and offer several advisory services:

ARTS AND CULTURE MANAGEMENT:

    • Advise on establishment and management of arts and culture foundations, centers, assets, and programs.

    • Advise on arts and cultural public programming.

    • Advise on large scale art and cultural projects.

    • Advise on strategic communication, branding, and public engagement in the arts and culture sector.

    • Public Art curation.

    • Curatorial services.

COMMUNICATION ADVISORY:

    • Provide guidance on crafting fully integrated communications and brand strategies.

    • Offer insight on effective communication and execution.

    • Offer counsel on local and global positioning strategies.

    • Advise on brand development, creative campaigns, and public engagement initiatives.

    • Support in communication and media department establishment including department structure, and identification of key talents and execution partners.

    • Offer oversight and continuous advisory on the delivery, and execution of the communication function.

National & Large Scale Project:

    • Provide strategic guidance on planning, managing, operating, and delivering national and large-scale projects and initiatives.

    • Offer insights on orchestrating nationwide cultural initiatives and global campaigns.

    • Offer insights on combining strategic thinking with creative execution.

    • Offer oversight and continuous advisory on the delivery and execution, of nationwide and large-scale projects.
